Position: Regional Field Coordinator
Job Description:
*Oversees all brand activity and programming in their assigned region
*Communicate new program directives and facilitate feedback to and from local market managers
*Source, train, manage and develop market managers in each region in order to ensure flawless program execution
*Coordinate and execute compliance checks
*Collaborate successfully with regional staff to resolve issues and ensure success of programs in assigned region
*Serve as a liaison between field staff and clients, maintaining active daily communication with all assigned markets
*Serve as point person and key client contact for region and markets
*Establishing and maintaining relationships with regional and local clients
*Managing third-party vendor relationships
*Monitor schedules and reports daily
*Review post event reports and assist in preparation of region/market recaps
*Identify, summarize and communicate key learnings, issues and opportunities
Position Requirements:
*University degree
*2+ years experience
*Strong familiarity with project management software and MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies
*Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
*Strong organizational skills
*Strong written and oral communication skills
Salary: $35,000 to $47,500 (depending on experience)
